I did chest press and shoulder press today, and they didn't bother me, so that's progress. Here's what I did today:
Bike 15 min @ 100 rpm, 4.5 mi
Ab curl 1x15 @ 80, 5x20 @ 50
Fly 3x20 @ 20
Biceps curl 1x15 @ 20, 2x20 @ 10
Chest press 3x15 @ 20
Shoulder press 2x15 @ 10
Pulldown 3x20 @ 30
