Appointment moved to this Friday.

I called the doctor's office this morning to see if they could get me in for the bloodwork sooner. Nex Friday is a long ways away, and I just need to find out what the hell is going on. I'm getting really pissed off. So keep your fingers crossed that I can get some answers and fix this.

Triceps press 1x15 @ 70 lbs, 2x20 @ 35
Row 1x15 @ 60, 2x20 @ 30
Fly 1x15 @ 40, 2x20 @ 20
Lat pulldown 1x15 @ 50, 2x20 @ 30
Bike 5 min @ 100 rpm, 2 mi
Triceps extension 1x15 @ 30, 2x20 @ 20
Ab curl 1x15 @ 70, 2x20 @ 40
Obliques 1x15 @ 70, 2x20 @ 40 (per side)
Biceps curl 1x15 @ 20, 2x15 @ 10
Back extension 1x15 @ 80, 2x20 @ 40
